ABOUT ME
I’m a certified Yoga instructor who has been teaching for over 5 years. I specialise in Vinyasa, a form of flow that emphasises using the breath to string postures together.

My practice focusses on deepening my students’ understanding of asanas, enabling them to have a more mindful, powerful practice. I teach students at every level, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.
I trained with Yogacharya Rakesh at Samyak Yoga in Mysore, and I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 with Yoga Alliance.
